Here, every person is truly heard. I have 8 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents and children through anxiety, low mood, loss, stress or life transitions. My training in Clinical Psychology from the University of Coimbra and in Cognitive-Behavioral Interventions gives me solid tools — but it is the trusting relationship we build that makes the difference.
